You can change the way your bill is delivered to you whether it is a change of billing address or you wish to go paperless. The options available are:
- Billing address: You can have your bill delivered to the billing address where the Cox services are installed (service address) or to a different address (billing address).
- Email reminder (e-bill): you can receive an email whenever your bill is posted
- You can also have both the paper bill and the e-bill sent to you.
Simply click on “view/pay bill” on our website to select the delivery option you prefer.
