Yes. You can make a one-time payment online through the website or using the Cox Smartphone or tablet app.
Note however that once fully activated and your bill shows that you’re enrolled in EasyPay, making a one-time payment won’t replace the current payment. It will simply be applied to the next bill.
To cancel EasyPay, contact customer service at least two days before the scheduled date for the next automatic payment. After you have cancelled it, you’ll need to make a manual payment. Cancelling EasyPay later than that won’t be possible because the payment will already have started being auto processed.
