To cancel a payment that has been made, contact your credit card company or bank to find out whether they can stop the payment.
If you made the payment online from a checking bank account, you can try to cancel the payment through My Verizon Payment History page.
- Select the “cancel” option next to the relevant payment if that option is available and follow the prompts to stop the payment.
- The cancel link is usually only available up to the end of the day when the payment was made. If you can’t see the “cancel” link or it is inactive, it means you cannot stop the payment online.
