If you own the account and you had set up a user ID aside from you mobile number, you may use it to access My Verizon and make your payment despite the service having been cancelled.

From the “Pay My Bill” page, you can pay your final bill. You will be required to provide:

  • your Verizon account number
  • The last 4 digits of the social security number or federal tax ID associated with that account.
  • The ZIP code for your billing address.
