The first step would be to register an online account, from where you can either make a recurring payment or a one-time payment. This are the four major steps to follow when making an online payment.

  • Making payments is an easy four-step process:
    1. Login into the portal that is found on the home page (mysynchrony.com) and select Payments from Quick Links menus.
    2. Choose your payment details, that is amount, date and payment origin
    3. Then press Submit to forward your payment for review.
    4. After you’ve reviewed, you can now make a final submission.
  • You’ll receive a Confirmation Number after which you’ll also get an email conforming your payment.
  • From the payment page you can also view all scheduled or processed payments.
