You may edit or cancel payments you have scheduled online. However, this must be done before 5.00 pm EST for it to be applied on the same day.
For phone payments, cancellation should be done before 5.00 pm EST on the date of posting the payment.
To edit or cancel a scheduled payment:
- Log in to your online account. If you hadn’t registered for an account, click on Register Now.
- Click on “Activity and Payments” in the navigation bar
- From the dropdown menu select, “Pending Payments” to view the scheduled payments and edit or cancel them.
