To create an account, visit the official website of Austin Energy and click Pay Online.
You will now be redirected to another website from where you can create an account and pay bills. This website is for all companies providing electricity and other public services in Austin. On the new page, click Register to create a new account.
Enter in the details such as First Name, Last Name, username and Email address.
